1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of supplements and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with tampered or missing packaging
  • Items purchased during sale, discount, or special offers
  • Personal care or hygiene-related items

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved and the product is received, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

4. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost
  • Replacement is subject to product availability

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

We sell authentic products sourced from authorized distributors (Pahal Nutrition franchise).
